As Heck! continued to grow they asked us to sharpen the brand's strategic focus. The team needed a unifying brand platform partnered with a flexible, yet targeted, comms strategy that could bring consistency across every touchpoint: from campaigns and social, to retail and experiences.

We defined a unifying brand idea and identified the brand's core audience, Real Food Lovers, to guide every expression of the brand. We translated this into a practical communications framework, with content pillars, messaging principles and a distinctive brand world that could flex across channels.

Impact

The result was a clear, coherent brand that gave every communication a stronger role to play. We then applied the same thinking to launch Heck! Rashers—shifting the narrative from "better than bacon" to a category icon, with a bold campaign platform built to cut through every touchpoint.
